You are running a business, not a charity. The aim of the game is to provide a value-added service and make money. It’s a fair exchange and logical that you should make a decent profit!
This means that your (personal) bank account should also reflect the reason you are a risk taking entrepreneur - pay yourself a salary. There is no better motivation than seeing the fruits of your labour in bank notes. Money will reinforce your taste for freedom - promise!
