Finding the right clients, staff, team and partners are damn hard. They don’t share your passion. Know it, accept it and embrace it. In addition some personalities are simply not well matched. You could try till the cows come home but some people are not meant to be your partner, colleague or client. It’s not a bad thing, there are plenty of brilliant beings out there that will work well with you. People are like puzzle pieces in business. Your success depends on matching the pieces correctly (and gently) not by forcing them to fit!
